Gamma Brewing Return & Refund Policy

Returns (Merchandise only)

We offer a 14-day return policy for merchandise and apparel items, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note: Beer purchases are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@gammabrewing.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship the items. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization, as these will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive damaged products, have quality concerns, or received an incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-returnable items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on beers or gift cards. If you’re unsure if your item qualifies, don’t hesitate to contact us—we're happy to assist!

Exchanges and Refund Policy

We typically don't offer refunds unless your products arrive damaged or there's a clear quality concern. Each quality-related claim will be assessed individually by our team to determine eligibility for a refund.

Any approved refunds will be issued back exclusively to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that we cannot issue refunds to alternate cards or accounts, nor can refunds be provided in cash or transferred to another person. Shipping fees and any import taxes paid by you are non-refundable.

If you received a promotional offer or discount alongside your purchase, the value of this promotion will be subtracted from your refund amount.

Unclaimed Parcels

If your order isn't picked up from your chosen delivery point within the designated timeframe and is returned to our warehouse, a return and handling fee of 50 DKK will be charged. This fee covers the shipping and handling expenses incurred by Gamma and will be deducted directly from your refund amount.

Please note that the original shipping costs paid when placing the order will not be refunded.

In the case of orders returned due to carrier errors or delivery issues, the return fee will naturally be waived.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
