Sales Rep - CPH & Sjælland

About Gamma 

Gamma Brewing Co. is a modern and innovative micro brewery located in Herlev, just outside Copenhagen, brewing a wide variety of different beer styles, but focusing primarily on hop-forward beers. 

Founded in 2015, we have seen continued growth ever since, and finalized a major expansion to our new facility in Herlev in 2021, with a capacity of up to 30.000hL annually. 

In the fall of 2024 we will open a large new bar in Copenhagen NV featuring the full selection of Gamma beers, awesome food and good vibes. 

As part of that growth we are now looking to add more skilled persons to our team, specifically we are looking to hire an experienced Sales Rep in CPH & Sjælland to join Gamma and be an integral part in the next steps of the Gamma journey.


The position:

At Gamma Brewing Co. your main responsibilities will be;

  • Generating sales for your allocated customer portfolio and geographic area
  • Identifying and pursuing new potential customers and sales opportunities  
  • Account management, communication, order generation, and check-ins with existing accounts
  • Direct deliveries of orders to local customers, or other orders not suitable for pallet delivery
  • Continuous reporting of sales, targets, relationships, customer satisfaction, brand perception etc

You will have a flexible and diverse set of tasks, which include some office and light admin work, but primarily in-person customer visits and lead generation in, and around, Copenhagen. The position will also include participation in events and traveling to Danish and international festivals to represent the brewery along with other members of the Gamma team. 

The right candidate has:

  • EU-residency / the ability to legally work in Denmark
  • Proficiency in English and Danish
  • Driver’s license category B
  • The ability to work independently, meeting and exceeding pre-set targets and goals
  • A positive, outgoing and motivated attitude
  • The ability to execute an exciting and enthusiastic presentation of Gamma as both a brand and as a supplier
  • The ability to lift kegs and/or other heavy items on a regular basis
  • Sales training and experience, especially relating to structuring deals and event management

Additional desired qualifications:

  • Bar/Restaurant/Pub experience and/or an empathic ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes
  • Experience from a comparable brewery or drinks company
  • Beer knowledge, sensory courses, diplomas etc.
